As part of a recent collaboration with The Bureau of Investigative Journalism (TBIJ) on the branding illustrations for The Hate Economy - vital journalism project dedicated to exposing those who profit from inciting hate and division in the UK - I created five spot illustrations.
This ‘Hate Speech’ illustration examines how anti-migrant rhetoric is amplified by those seeking political or financial gain, creating a cycle in which others profit from the fear, division and violence it generates.
This spot illustration for TBIJ was created to highlight how those who manufacture a crisis and amplify it as ‘news’ can fuel and escalate viral racist narratives, spreading like a relentless swarm of hate.
This spot illustration for the TBIJ shows how the UK is fragmented, but the two sides hold on, populated black, white and all the different shades of grey in between. (This one holds a special place in my heart because the editor who hired me - who whom I am eternally grateful - told me it was his favourite and he hung a print out of it on his wall.)

I created this editorial illustration for the newsletter and website of a finance client to demonstrate the impact of Trump’s tariffs on global markets. The turnaround for this piece was very fast and we went from concept to final piece in a few hours.
These illustrations depict a girly tween vacation, including activities like bike riding, waterslides, sleepovers and ice skating. The playful, colourful style brings everyday adventures to life in a way that appeals to young readers.
